Who we are

What we collect when you use the form
Only what the form asks for:
- What the enquiry is for — franchised store, used-car dealer, group, collision centre and so on
- The dealership name, if you give one
- Building size and bay count, if you give them
- How often the store needs cleaning
- City and state
- Your work email address
- Which page you sent the form from
The email address is the only field we insist on, because without it we cannot reply. Everything else is optional and the form sends without it.
What is recorded automatically
When a form is submitted we also store the country, city and region that our host, Cloudflare, derives from the connection, the page you came from, and your browser's user-agent string. These tell us which parts of the country and which pages actually produce enquiries.
Your IP address is used for one thing: we count submissions per address to stop automated spam, at most five an hour. Those counts are deleted automatically after sixty minutes and are never attached to your enquiry.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4, which sets two cookies — _ga and
_ga_QDQC6N1PHV — to tell one visit from another and to count how many people reach
which pages. We use it to see which pages actually produce enquiries.
When you send the form we also record an event noting what kind of enquiry it was — dealership, cleaning company, job seeker — so we can see which traffic is worth anything. That event carries no name, no email address and nothing else you typed.
There are no advertising pixels, no remarketing tags and no other third-party scripts. To opt out entirely, install Google's own browser add-on, or block cookies for this site. Nothing here stops working if you do — the forms post as plain HTML and do not depend on JavaScript.
What we do with it
We reply to your enquiry and we price the work. If we email you anything beyond that, every message carries an unsubscribe link and one click is enough.
We do not sell your details and we do not share them with anyone to market to you. If serving your store would mean bringing in a partner contractor rather than our own crew, we tell you who they are and ask before we pass anything on. That is a promise we make on the form and this is where it is written down.
Who can see it
Enquiries are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database hosted in the eastern United States and are readable only through a password-protected admin page. A notification with the contents is sent to our team through Telegram so we see it quickly. Those are the only third parties involved.

Your rights
Wherever you live you can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Write to support@cardealershipcleaning.com and say which. We will do it within thirty days and we will not ask you to justify the request.
If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Virginia or another state with a consumer privacy statute, those rights are yours by law and include the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of — but the request route is the same, and we will not treat you differently for using it.
Children
This site is for adults who buy or supply commercial cleaning. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes we update the date at the top. We do not make changes quietly and apply them backwards to information you have already given us.
