What we do
We clean car dealerships: nightly janitorial, showroom and service bay work, and day porter cover. Not offices, not medical, not retail in general. One building type, understood properly.
How the work gets delivered
In the markets we staff, by our own employees — on payroll, screened, insured, trained on the equipment and the spec for your store. Everywhere else, by a partner contractor we have vetted: insurance verified with the carrier rather than accepted on a certificate, workers compensation confirmed, and their background-check process audited.
You hold one contract with us either way, and we carry the obligation. We tell you which arrangement applies in your town before you sign, not after. If we do not yet have a crew or a reference in your market, you will hear that from us rather than discover it.
Why we publish our method
Because the alternative is asking you to trust a number. Our scoping method, our production rates and the derivation of our billing rate are all on this site, including the places where the published data is thinner than the industry pretends. You can use them to check us, or to check somebody else. We are fine with either.
What we will not do
- Move your vehicles. Ever, and the contract says so
- Quote a price for a building nobody has walked
- Bundle bays and porter cover into a single line so the scope can drift
- Tell you a partner crew is our own
