If you run a store
The form is the fastest route, and it is faster still with the floor area and bay count in it. Already out to bid? Attach the document or paste the spec — we would rather read it and tell you we are the wrong bidder than take up two weeks of your procurement calendar finding that out together.
If you run several rooftops
Group work is scoped store by store against one written standard, which is what lets you compare buildings instead of comparing invoices from four different contractors. Tell us the count, the states, and whether you want a single contract or one per rooftop — the answer changes the pricing, and it is easier to decide before the walk-throughs than after.
If you run a cleaning company
Dealership work in your market is a conversation worth having. The partner contractor page lists what has to be in place before we can place anything with you. Pick "I run a cleaning company" in the first dropdown so it lands in the right queue rather than the buyer one.
