What we check
- Insurance, verified with your carrier. Not a certificate emailed to us — we call. General liability, workers compensation, and specifically how damage to property in your care is covered, because a standard CGL excludes it. Why that matters here
- Background screening. Your process, not your promise. Your crews hold keys to buildings full of vehicles
- Crew capacity and coverage. What happens when somebody does not show up on a Tuesday
- Equipment. A dealership needs machine floor care. An autoscrubber is not optional at most stores
- Whether you have cleaned automotive before. Not a requirement. We would rather know
How it works
You are a subcontractor to us, not a franchisee. There is no fee to join, no territory purchase, no equipment package to buy, and we never take a fee contingent on you winning work. We hold the contract with the dealership and carry the obligation; you deliver the scope we agreed and we pay you on terms stated up front.
We tell the dealer that the crew is a partner contractor and we name you before anything is shared. We are not interested in an arrangement where our client thinks they are buying something other than what they are getting.
What we will not ask you for
- Money. Any of it, at any stage
- Exclusivity. Keep your own accounts and keep bidding your own work
- Your client list
Use the form and select "I run a cleaning company". Tell us the metro you cover, roughly how many cleaners you employ, and what insurance you carry. We read every one by hand and reply whether or not we have work in your market.
